In Vancouver, heroin addicts commit crimes to continue their habits. The “free heroin for addicts” program does everything they can to settle their addiction. However, addicts have no limits to how they will retrieve this drug to satisfy their addiction. The program fails to attend to these addicts using heroin and only prioritizes the city’s rising crime rates. The program hopes to reduce the crime rate and keep heroin users out of the hospital by administering the drug. The program will in turn fix the city but not the addiction that these people face.

There is a huge problem in Vancouver with heroin addicts committing crimes to support their habits. The “free heroin for addicts” program is doing everything they can to stop the addicts. The problem is that there is a large crime rate due to the addicts. It is obvious that addicts have a hard time getting through their day to day lives. Daily activities such as jobs, interactions, and relationships are hard to maintain because of the fact that they are using. By heroin users being addicted, they will do whatever they have to do to get their hands on the drug. The types of crimes committed are those of breaking and entering as well as stealing. There are no limits to where they will go to retrieve this drug so that they can feed their addiction. The problem with this program is that it won’t help to ween these addicts off using heroin. It is only trying to save the city from rising crime rates that they’re up to. By providing the drug, these addicts will be off the streets, which in turn will prevent them from committing minor street crimes. This will also keep the heroin users out of the hospital. It is pointless that the hospitals have to deal with people that want to use bad drugs or unsanitary needles and find themselves being unable to afford hospital bills and hard to cope without the drug. The program, “Free Heroin for Addicts,” is doing their best to help the addicts with their problem. The crime rate is large due to the addicts. The addicts day to day lives are challenging. Heroin users will do whatever it takes to get drugs because of their addiction. Breaking and entering and stealing are the types of crimes being committed. The addicts will go through a lot to feed their addiction. Unfortunately, “Free Heroin for Addicts” doesn’t help the addicts to stop using heroin. The program is only trying to decrease the crime rate. They provide the drug to the addicts to keep them from off the streets and committing minor street crimes. Keeping the heroin users out of the hospital is also one of their objectives. This plan from the program will decrease the crime rate but will not help the heroin users with their addiction.

Revised:

Heroin addicts in Vancouver contribute much to the city’s crime rate in trying to support their habits, so the city came up with the quickest fix it could: give the addicts free heroin. While the “free heroin for addicts” program has lowered Vancouver’s crime rate, it doesn’t help the addicts. Vancouver decided that keeping heroin addicts off the streets and out of hospitals was more important than helping heroin addicts beat their addiction. Truthfully, it is an effective solution. The city would have to put a lot of time and money into a rehabilitation effort without any guarantee that the addicts want to be rehabilitated. Instead, Vancouver enables the addicts, achieving the desired lower crime rate.

Robust Verbs – cfriery

Vancouver is fraught with heroin addicts committing crimes to support their habits. The “free heroin for addicts” program is doing everything they can to stop the addicts, and their large crime rate. Sadly, it is harrowingly obvious that addicts have a hard time getting through their day to day lives; daily activities such as jobs, interactions, and relationships become hard to maintain because of the fact that they are using. Being addicted, users will do whatever they have to do to get their hands on the drug. The types of crimes committed range from breaking and entering to stealing. There addiction has no limit. The biggest problem with this program is that it encourages usage instead of getting addicts off using heroin, but it’s only trying to lower the cities crime rates. By providing the drug, these addicts will be off the streets, which in turn will prevent them from committing minor street crimes. This will also keep the heroin users out of the hospital. It is counterintuitive to think that the hospitals should have to deal with people that want to use bad drugs or unsanitary needles and find themselves being unable to afford hospital bills and hard to cope without the drug. This program gives people free heroin in the cleanest way possible. This will fix the city, but not the addiction that these people face.

Vancouver has a major issue with the crime rates that come from the numerous heroin addicts in the city. One solution to this problem is a program called “free heroin for addicts” and aims to lower the crime rate by giving the heroin users a safe place to use so they don’t steal and destroy property to feed their addiction. However, the daily intake of these addicts are not changing, the program only monitors the users and supplies them with clean supplies to use. This program does a good job at keeping the streets clean but the issue of people being addicted to heroin remains in Vancouver.
