  1. Cute dogs are bought first.
  2. Cuter dogs are purchased more than typical pound “mutt”.
  3. The effect of dogs purely bred for cuteness leaves pound “mutts” homeless.
  4. Breeders who breed purely for cuteness leave many “mutts” homeless in cages.
  5. Eliminating breeding purely for looks would create much healthier pure bred dogs.
  6. Eliminating breeding purely for looks would create healthier pure bred dogs, but also help pound “mutts” get adopted.
